1 Container of Yogurt, strained in cheesecloth (or paper towels) over a colander for a couple of hours OR Greek Yogurt (this does NOT require straining)
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 seedless cucumber, grated (leave skin on)
Dill or mint (optional)
Mix all ingredients and chill for about 1 hour.......
**You can add more garlic if you'd like.
