Artichoke Dip

8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 7oz can of Artichoke hearts (drained)
Minced garlic
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup shredded mixed cheese (4 Cheese Mexican)

Pre-heat oven to 350.

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Chop artichoke hearts and add to cream cheese mixture. Place in oven proof dish (I use the 8x8 foil throw-away kind). Sprinkle shredded mixed cheese all over top.

Bake for 40 mins.

Serve with Tostitos, bagel chips, crackers, etc.
