Pepperoni Muffin’s

Extremely easy to make and prep time is how ever long it takes you to cut the pepperoni into tiny pieces (it takes me about 15 minutes to cut, mix and spoon into trays).
Pre-heat oven to 375*, ¾ cup flour, ¼ cup grated cheese, 1 cup milk, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup pepperoni (cut into little pieces), 1 egg, Mix all ingredients in bowl, Spoon into mini muffin pan sprayed with PAM, Bake at 375* for approx. 25 minutes or until edges get brown ~~~do not let them burn~~~
This mixture should make approx. 24-30 mini muffins.
You can double recipe to make more muffins.
