1 box puff pastry
1 package Hormel or similar pepperoni
1 jar honey mustard....I buy one that comes in a small jar with a red top, I don't know the name
Oregano
Garlic powder
Shredded mozzarella cheese or gruyere cheese
Thaw puff pastry. Roll out thinly. Brush pastry with honey mustard. Place pepperoni over the honey mustard. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic, and cheese. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about an hour or overnight. Preheat oven to 425. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Remove rolls from plastic. Slice into 1/2 inch to inch size slices. Place on parchment paper. Bake until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
I usually make two rolls. I use the mozzarella cheese b/c it's considerably cheaper than gruyere. This would also work with ham and maybe Muenster cheese as well.
