Shrimp and Pasta

Ingredients

½-1 pound of thawed, uncooked shrimp…peeled
2 large tomatoes
½ c. water
Chicken bouillon cube
Clam juice in the jar (1/2 cup)
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil (approx. 5-6 TBSP)
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped

1 pound of spaghetti, linguini or angel hair.

Bring water to boil for pasta and throw in pasta as you are making the sauce. I usually do this around step 3 of the sauce!

  1. Brown garlic and oil in a large frying pan.
  2. Add chopped tomato
  3. Add bouillon cube and water….simmer for approx. 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add thawed shrimp, clam juice and basil. Cook on medium heat for approx. 10- minutes….make sure shrimp turn bright pink!
  5. Throw this all over pasta!
