- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes (or whole peeled tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 small package frozen green beans (or can)
- diced green olives
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder
Throw all ingredients in the crock-pot and cook on high for 4-5 hours (or low for 7-8). Serve over pasta or rice.
