Squash Soufflé

Recipe courtesy of Matos2B

350 degrees for 50 mins

1 package frozen squash (Birdseye cooked winter squash)
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour *
1/2 cup sugar *
1/2 stick margarine - melted
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon *
pinch of salt *

* Mix dry ingredients

Mix wet ingredients

Then mix together in casserole dish, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top

Bake uncovered!!
