Florida Key Lime Pie (w/ Raspberry Sauce)

1 9" Graham Cracker pie crust (or I make my own from crushed graham cracker and butter)
1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice

Combine condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before refrigerating. Topping suggestions: fresh whipped cream, lime slices or raspberry sauce (recipe below).

Raspberry Sauce:
3/4 cup raspberries (can be frozen)
2 tsp. superfine sugar

To make the sauce, in a food processor, combine the raspberries and superfine sugar and process until smooth. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing firmly on the solids with a rubber spatula. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 4 hours.
