Baked Pineapple

2 cans of chunk pineapple (20 oz size)   use one can with the juice and one with the juice drained
1 cup sugar
1 heaping TBS flour
1 well beaten egg

Croutons
5 slices bread
6 TBS butter

Mix and bake 15 minutes in 325 oven.  In the meantime, cube five slices of bread and brown in 6 TBS butter; top pineapple dish with croutons and bake 1/2 hour longer.
