Twice Baked Potatoes

6 lg. baking potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups cook broccoli
1 cup fried onions
1/2 cup sour cream
dash of paprika

Bake potatoes until soft. Cut potato in half, long way. Remove potato from shell, leaving 1/4 inch intact in skin. Put on side. Mash excess potato as if "mashed potato" (butter, milk, etc) Mix in cheese, broccoli, onions, sour cream. Refill skins with mixture. Top with paprika sprinkle. Bake for 1/2 hour at 350.
