- 5 cup carrots peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2Tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 2Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Place carrots in saucepan, cover with water and cook just until tender. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drain cooked carrots, then pour honey mixture over carrots and toss to coat. Place over medium heat until carrots are heated through.
