Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:
* 2 heads of fresh broccoli, roughly chopped (don't make the pieces too small) and partially cooked
* 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (don't use the low-fat one, will become watery)
* 1 cup mayo (you can use light or low-fat)
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
* breadcrumbs

Directions:
1. Beat 2 eggs and mix soup, mayo and broccoli.  Place in buttered casserole dish.
2. Top with breadcrumbs and sprinkle cheese on top.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
