Frosted Pumpkin Cake

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1tsp. baking soda
1 tub of cream cheese frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In bowl for electric mixer, beat eggs, granulated sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy.  Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in another bowl.  Gradually add to the egg mixture with the mixer at low speed.  Spread batter in a greased 15 x 10 rectangular cake pan.  Bake for 20-25 min or until center of cake is done.  Remove from oven and cool completely.  Once cool, frost cake and enjoy.
