Yamzing Yummy Yams

6 yams
brown sugar
butter

Boil yams until fork tender.  Put a little salt in the water as it brings out the sweetness.  Pull them out and let them cool enough till you can
handle them.

Peel away the skin (it is super easy) and cut in half lengthwise and place sliced side up in a glass baking dish.  Place a pat of butter on each one and sprinkle
with brown sugar.  (be generous with the sugar!)

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a nice crust forms on top.  Serve and Enjoy!
