Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Graham cracker pie crust (6oz)
1 can (15oz) pumpkin
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1t ground cinnamon
1/2t ground ginger
1/2t ground nutmeg
1/2t salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

With mixer, beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, spices and salt. Pour into crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350, bake 35-40 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1" from crust comes clean. Cool.
