Banana Split Smoothie

  • 1 banana 
  • 1/2 cup low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt 
  • 1/8 cup orange juice 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 6 ice cubes 
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes 2 servings
