Super Easy and Yummy Soup

Pinch of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
Large 1 qt can of Swanson’s Chicken broth
1 reg can of Goya small white beans
1 small head of escarole- chopped
1/3 of a stick of pepperoni- chopped however you wish, bits, rounds, your choice
¼ box tobbettini pasta

In Soup pan- add olive oil, heat and sauté clove of garlic lightly.
Add all other ingredients, leaving pasta to be added last. Boil soup until pasta is done (according to pasta directions). About 10 min. Eat and enjoy!
