Grandma's Chicken Soup

Recipe courtesy of Azureina
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs (with skins and bone-in)
1 cup orzo
1 can stewed tomatoes
salt
Parmesan cheese (if desired)

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Salt then cook chicken in water (skins still on) for about 50 minutes.
2. Remove chicken from pot and let cool. Stir in orzo and cook until done. About halfway through, stir in stewed tomatoes, undrained.
3. Once chicken is cool, remove skins and remove meat from bone. Stir meat back into the pot.
4. DH and I like to sprinkle Parmesan cheese over our servings. So delicious!
