Sausage And Peppers

1lb sausage hot or sweet
1 can tomato paste
Italian seasonings
1 can beer
red, green peppers
Onions

Brown sausage in a large pan, add chopped on onions, and peppers, until onions are clear. Add tomato paste and beer, stir until paste thins out. Add seasoning to your liking. Simmer for 45 min on low.

You can use the cheap beer-comes out better!
