4 center cut pork chops
4 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 medium onions thinly sliced
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat, for 3 minutes. Brush both sides of pork
chops with oil. Sprinkle both sides with salt & pepper. Cook 4 minutes per side. Transfer to plate.
Stir in broth & vinegar and boil for 1 minute.
Return pork chops to pan.
Reduce Heat to low; cover and cook chops for 8 minutes
Transfer pork chops, onions & sauce to serving plates
