Madeline's Pork Tenderloin

1 pork tenderloin (2 lbs), or 2 one pound tenderloins
1/3 cup soy sauce (approx)
1/3 cup honey (approx)
5 cloves garlic, chopped
Fresh ginger....about 1/4 cup chopped

Marinate the pork in all the ingredients for at least 3 hours...preferably overnight.  Grill for about 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so.  Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.

You could also bake or broil this.  Just follow normal pork tenderloin cooking times (if baking - 45 min. at 325 degrees, approx)
