Boston Market Macaroni and Cheese

3 cups spiral shaped pasta

2/3 cups milk
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
¼ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp turmeric, ground salt and pepper

  1. Cook pasta; drain well.
  2. While pasta is cooking, put remaining ingredients in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir with wire whisk until smooth. Keep cheese mixture warm till pasta is cooked and drained.
  3. Stir pasta into cheese
