This is a great recipe to use with leftover London broil.
1-Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Medium Bell Pepper
¾ C Beef Broth
1-Teaspoon Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tablespoon of water
Dash of Pepper
Broil Steak on a Rack Until Rare (or take leftover steak our of the refrigerator)
Cut into Think strips
Heat Oil in a Skillet
Add Bell Peppers to skillet sauté until Tender
Add Steak, Broth and Soy and cook for 3 minutes
Stir in dissolved Cornstarch and cook until sauce is thick. Season with Pepper
