Meatballs


Recipe courtesy of zorahangels

1 pound ground beef
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg
1/3 cup water – but I used V-8

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Add to sauce to further cooking.

I don’t usually add mine to sauce until I’m just about ready to serve. The meatballs tend to absorb too much of the sauce.
