Russian Tea Cookies

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 1/4 cup sifted flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 400. Cream butter and sugar and add in the rest of the ingredients.
Form into balls the size of walnuts. Bake for 10 minutes.
While hot, roll in confectioners sugar, let cool completely.
Roll into sugar again.
