Easy Christmas Cookies

• 1 box of your favorite cake mix (lemon and chocolate work well)
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil OR 1 stick of melted butter
• Optional:
• With the chocolate cake mix - 1/2 bag of chocolate chips (mint are very yummy!)
• With the lemon cake mix - pecans (or whatever nuts you’d like and as many as you’d want)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients well. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on the pan, and then move to a cookie rack.
