Squash and Tomato Bake

  • 3-4 green or yellow squash (zucchini)
  • 2 cans Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
  • shredded parmesan

Slice squash and layer into 8x8 Pyrex cooking dish.
Pour diced tomatoes over the squash. Shred cheese over
casserole. Bake for 30 min at 375.
