Mom’s Asparagus with Mustard Sauce

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Center 2lbs.fresh, trimmed asparagus on a sheet of heavy-duty foil-- dot with butter. Fold into a foil pocket and bake 30 minutes. 

Sauce: 
1 C. light sour cream
2 T. red wine vinegar
3 T. Dijon mustard
2 t. sugar
1/8 t. crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Serve over asparagus.
