Corny Casserole

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 7oz box corn muffin mix
  • 8oz sour cream
  • 16oz can creamed corn
  • 16oz can whole kernel corn


Beat eggs with butter.  Add salt, corn muffin mix and sour cream and beat well.  Add corn.  Bake in 8x8 pan/casserole at 350 for 30-35 min.
