- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7oz box corn muffin mix
- 8oz sour cream
- 16oz can creamed corn
- 16oz can whole kernel corn
Beat eggs with butter. Add salt, corn muffin mix and sour cream and beat well. Add corn. Bake in 8x8 pan/casserole at 350 for 30-35 min.
