- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of crème of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries (I use fresh)
- 1 sliced banana
Combine in blender. I add ice to the blender for my smoothie.
***You could also use pineapples or peaches
