1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
8 oz mozzarella, sliced
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Combine soup and milk. Lay chicken in baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese, then cover with soup mixture. Top everything with the prepared stuffing.
Bake at 350 for an hour.
This is a real favorite in my family? It’s not fancy, but it’s simple and good. If you want to fancy it up, substitute Swiss cheese for the mozzarella and white wine for the milk, and add a can of sliced mushrooms to the soup.
