1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 Egg
Flour
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small can of mushrooms (I use stems and pieces)
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
Dip chicken in flour then egg then bread crumbs and fry until cooked through.
Remove all chicken from pan and to the remaining oil add garlic and mushrooms. Sauté until hot and cooked. Approx. 5-10 minutes.
Add Balsamic then allow the whole thing to get hot.
Once this is finished pour it all over chicken cutlets in a serving dish!
