Chicken Paprikash

2 T Butter
1/2 C chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 T Paprika
1 t salt
1 red pepper, sliced thin
1/2 C MBT Broth
1/4 C Lt. Cream
1/4 C Flour
1/2 C Sour Cream

  1. In skillet heat butter, add onion and garlic. Sautee til light brown
  2. Add paprika, salt, peppers and broth, Cover and cook 10 min
  3. Add chicken, cover and cook 40 min. *check to make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom of the pan, if so, add more broth
  4. Add flour to lt. cream and mix well
  5. Add to chicken, stirring until thick.
  6.  Add sour cream, do not let boil.
