2 T Butter
1/2 C chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 T Paprika
1 t salt
1 red pepper, sliced thin
1/2 C MBT Broth
1/4 C Lt. Cream
1/4 C Flour
1/2 C Sour Cream
- In skillet heat butter, add onion and garlic. Sautee til light brown
- Add paprika, salt, peppers and broth, Cover and cook 10 min
- Add chicken, cover and cook 40 min. *check to make sure nothing is sticking to the bottom of the pan, if so, add more broth
- Add flour to lt. cream and mix well
- Add to chicken, stirring until thick.
- Add sour cream, do not let boil.
