(Named after my cousin who introduced this to me)
1 package of skinless boneless chicken breasts or 1 package of skinless chicken tenders
Italian dressing (about 1 cup)
Bread Crumbs - plain or Italian ( about 1 cup)
Directions:
Marinate Chicken breasts or tenders in the Italian dressing over night or for at least 10 minutes prior to cooking
Once marination is complete, bread the cutlets/tenders with the bread crumbs(No egg necessary for breading)
Fry on medium heat in olive oil until done; you can also bake these at 350 for 30-40 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cutlet; 15-20 for tenderloins.
