Apple-Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Recipe courtesy of Mrs.LB705

Ingredients:
Chips:
flour tortillas (I use 2 pkgs. of the little guys)
water
sugar
cinnamon

Salsa:
2 medium granny smith apples
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1 kiwi, peeled
1 small orange
2 TBS. brown sugar
2 TBS. apple jelly

Chips:
Preheat oven to 375. Brush tortillas with water and combine sugar and cinnamon in a shaker. (The ratio of sugar to cinnamon is up to you--I usually do about 2 parts cinnamon to 4 parts sugar.) Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over tortillas and cut into wedges (i.e. Tostito-size). Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove quickly to cooling rack.

Salsa:
Peel, core and slice apples. Chop strawberries, apple, and kiwi and place in a small bowl. Zest and juice the orange and add to fruit mixture. Add apple jelly and brown sugar and mix well.
YUMMY--and less than 1 g. of fat/serving!!
