Taco Soup

This soup is great topped with a little shredded cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, and a handful of tortilla chips.

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 ½ cups water
1 can of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can corn, undrained
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 package of taco seasoning

  1. Brown beef and onion in large saucepan. Drain fat and return to pan.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and chip, if desired.
