Stuffed Cabbage

Chopped Meat mix (pork and veal) or just beef
Rice
Campbell’s Tomato soup
Peppers
egg

Make rice per directions on the box.

Mix with the raw meat, add egg, salt and pepper mix well.

Core the cabbage then put the head into hot water.

As the leaves soften you peel them off the head. At the end where the thicker part is put some meat then roll up while folding the sides in. (Wrap like a burrito)

When that end piece is too thick I will cut it out and just put on top of the stuffed cabbage. When there is cabbage and no meat I cut into strips and place on top as well

Cover with cream of tomato soup.

Do not dilute the soup, the juice from the meat and peppers mixes with the soup and dilutes it. (Sometimes I will add a little water to the can to get out all of the soup.)
