Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (I've used
skinless, boneless thighs, too)
1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 13x9-inch baking
dish, arrange chicken; top with tomato.
2. Blend soup mix with water and pour over chicken.
3. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
4. Top chicken with cheeses and bake another 5 minutes
or until cheese is melted and chicken is no longer
pink.
