Brown Sugar Baked Chicken

3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons fresh grated orange zest
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 chicken drumsticks

Heat oven to 450.
Mix ingredients in large plastic zip lock bag. Add
drumsticks and shake until chicken is coated. Arrange
in baking pan. Place on lower rack and bake 25-30
minutes. Drizzle any juices in baking sheet over
chicken.
