Easy Chicken Salad

(Single Serving)
Works wonders with left over grilled or baked chicken
3 OZ of skinless boneless chicken breasts
prepared with Grill Mates Spicy Chicken Rub
1 TBSP of Light Mayo
2 TBSP of Mustard Style Deli
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut the chicken into tiny pieces, then shred with a knife
Add the mayo and mustard; mix well. Season with Salt and pepper and serve on bread of choice.
