Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
• 1 14.5-oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup mayo
• ¾ cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 envelope Garlic & Herb soup mix (i.e. Lipton’s,
Knorr’s, etc.)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Cover with
artichoke mixture.
3. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
