Chicken in Spicy Peanut Sauce

1lb boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips
Veggies such as carrots, onion, red and green peppers cut for stir-fry.

Peanut sauce:
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs honey
4 tsp white vinegar
Dash garlic powder
Dash ginger
Few dashes of hot sauce (depending on how hot you like it!)

Cook chicken in wok or pan with a little oil.  Season with a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder.   Whisk sauce together at the last minute and pour over chicken and veggies in wok/pan and cook 5-7 min until heated up.  Enjoy!
